Shipping Policy
Processing
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery estimates
United States: 3–7 business days. Canada and UK: 5–10 business days. Rest of world: 7–14 business days. Estimates start once the order ships.
Shipping cost
Flat $4.95 shipping in the US, free on orders over $35. International rates are calculated at checkout.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned. If tracking hasn't moved after 5 business days, email hello@afterglow.shop and we'll chase it.
Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it free.
