Return Policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return your lamp for a refund. It should be in re-sellable condition with the remote and cable included.

Email hello@afterglow.shop with your order number. We'll send a prepaid label and instructions within one business day.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of your return arriving with us. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Every lamp is covered by a 1-year warranty against defects. If it stops working through normal use, we'll replace it.
